Service Description

I am a Psychologist with a PhD in Psychology and over six years of clinical experience. I have trained at reputed institutions including IHBAS and Dr. RML Hospital and have worked with diverse clients across psychiatric hospitals and mental health organizations. Currently, I work as a Psychologist at IIT Kharagpur, supporting students with emotional wellbeing, stress, anxiety, and personal concerns. My therapeutic approach integrates CBT, DBT, ERP, SFBT, ACT, and Trauma-Informed Therapy, tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I also conduct group therapy sessions and mental health webinars, focusing on psychoeducation, resilience, personal growth and overall wellbeing.
